Before and After

I love looking at other folks' before and after pics.  However, I always forget to photo the before and/or progress.  Finally I remembered!  At least in time to have the husband photo because I'd already left for work.

We had new vinyl installed in both upstairs bathrooms (but you only get one bathroom before shot).

And the other after - new shower curtain too.  A new shower curtain may be the most dramatic change I've made for $20.

More to come - carpet installation is scheduled for Monday!

Folk Festival

What a fabulous day for a festival!  Dad and I got our annual bluegrass fix, blues fix and gypsy guitar fix (yeah, I didn't know I needed a gypsy guitar fix either, but I got it).

And I got plenty of knitting done along with compliments from a few fellow knitters who didn't think to bring a project.  Dad's modeling the project.

The most appropriate shirt of the day...
